Walt Hannawacker has built a successful career in the real estate field through forming solid relationships and educating individuals in all aspects of real estate transactions.  He has over 18 year of experience in owning and operating various businesses within the real estate field.  As an educational speaker and real estate investment coach, Hannawacker has helped hundreds of individuals to create long term wealth through realizing their dreams of successful home ownership.  

His honest and ethical approach to his business ventures has fostered trust among clients and respect among his peers and employees.  Through this strong foundation and his strength as a leader Hannawacker is continuing to grow the Legacy Team at the Silverdale office.  Hannawacker’s passion is helping his team and their client’s to realize their opportunities and maximize their potential through a strong network of mortgage professionals.  His team centered approach stems from the belief that excellent teams are the key to overcoming fears, which is especially needed in today’s turbulent economy.

Hannawacker lives in Silverdale, Washington with his two children, Ashley and Tony.  He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, skiing, golf and tennis.  Walter volunteers in many capacities and enjoys building relationships and helping his community to live a better life.
