Scott Rerucha

Scott Rerucha, President and CEO, is responsible for The Legacy Group’s management functions and business strategies.  Since founding The Legacy Group in 2007, Scott has transformed the way mortgage loans are handled with its unique lending platform.

Before Scott Rerucha became the driving force behind Legacy’s early development, he had firmly planted himself in the mortgage finance and banking environment. Scott started his career back in 1988 as a loan originator. Since the, Scott has gone on to lead Enterprise Bank’s residential lending department and helped recapitalize Bay Mortgage and grow it to become a dominant mortgage company in the Pacific NW. Scott stayed on as President of the Mortgage Division when Bay Mortgage was successfully sold to Cowlitz Bank. Under his leadership, annual sales production grew to $650MM. He also served as a SVP for First Independent Bank where he was the President of the Mortgage division and oversaw the Bellevue Bank Branch.

Scott graduated from Seattle University’s Albers School of Business and Economics where he earned his bachelors’ degree in Business and Finance. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, tennis, basketball, and coaching sports. Rerucha has infused The Legacy Group with his passionate, ambitions, focused, and competitive nature.
