I have been a Mortgage Banking/Broker Professional with close to 30 years of experience in various aspects of the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry including originating, processing, underwriting, funding, mortgage placement and credit counseling. I owned and operated an FHA/VA approved office in South Lake Tahoe, California for 18 years.

For these many years, I have worked achieving the goals of my clients in helping them realize “the American Dream” of home ownership. During this time I have seen many changes in the market and have learned to adapt to market volatility. My goals include coordinating efforts in researching and successfully locating financing to match the needs of my borrowers. I like to think that one of my strongest assets include achieving satisfactory levels of customer service within this highly competitive market.

My husband and I purchased our second home here in Arizona in 2004 and enjoyed the warmth so much; we have made it our permanent residence. I also found a new home with the “The Legacy Group”. This is a note to give you my experience working with The Legacy Group and Rebecca Gardner in particular. I would have to say that my overall experience was positive. Rebecca always kept us very well informed as to the progress of our mortgage and documentation that was required. With the changes in the lending laws and dealing from out of state, this was certainly much more involved than any home purchase we have done in the past. The volume of paperwork was monumental.
