Peter Zevenbergen is an expert in residential financing for home buyers, builders and investors. He has written financing guides for consumers and works with each client to find the right loan solution to fit each individual's situation. By partnering with realtors to conduct first-time home buyer seminars, Peter keeps close tabs on market changes and the concerns of his clients. Clients also benefit from his "loan tracker program" which alerts you when rate changes indicate a refinancing would result in lowering the cost of home financing.

Peter consistently closes loans on time and worry free. His referral partners continue to look to him for the client's financing needs as they know Peter will get the job done well, on time, and for the best rate. A special emphasis is placed on keeping clients informed as the process moves forward to closing. In recent years, Peter's commercial lending capabilities have grown. With the addition of Legacy Capital, Peter has been able to place and fund many commercial loan projects. From Builder Construction, Condo-conversion-to Apartment loans, Hard Money, and conforming Income Producing properties. Peter has forged many banking relationships in the Northwest which allow him to get the right deal for clients each and every time.

Peter grew up in the Pacific Northwest, graduating from the University of Washington with a business and finance degree. Peter has a passion for finance and planned to be involved in lending even before entering college. In his first year in the profession, Peter achieved "The Rookie of The Year" award for outstanding dedication and distinguished service. Peter and his wife Marinell, live with their 3 year old son in Newcastle, WA.
