Offering both residential and commercial loans, Peter has been involved with builder construction, condo-conversion to apartment, hard money, and conforming income producing properties loans.

Native to the Pacific Northwest, he graduated from the University of Washington. He and his high school sweetheart, Marinell, now live in Newcastle with their two children, Hailey and Will. Taking an active role in his kids’ lives, Peter dedicates his free time to coaching Will’s basketball team. (Will’s an impressive defender. Just ask Peter and watch him brim with pride.)

Also committed to his community, Peter has served on the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2010. In 2013, he is serving at Chamber President.
