I have spent over 30 years of my professional career creating strategies for people to acquire and maintaining real estate. I don’t measure success by counting the thousands of transactions I helped facilitate. For me, success is based on understanding the long and short term goals of individuals, then providing solutions consistent with their goals. Sometimes it’s quick and easy. Sometimes it takes time and creativity. Either way you need a plan.

I analyze an individual’s or business's financial situation, and then create real estate financing strategies. I have created financing strategies for first time homebuyers, move up buyers, people retiring, and real estate investors.
