Michael Dubrule has joined The Legacy Group; a Northwest, employee owned, and privately held Mortgage Banker/Broker.

Michael Dubrule was one of the founders and the licensed Mortgage Broker for Apple Valley Mortgage. Apple Valley Mortgage provided mortgage financing for clients in Yakima and Kittitas county since 1996. To better serve his clients in a changing mortgage environment he has joined The Legacy Group, a company that provides a winning combination of programs for residential financing including conventional, FHA/ VA, custom construction and a private capitalization division that among other programs, offers clients financing for homes that are distressed or half completed. These funds allow clients to do the necessary work to make the properties financeable.

“I deliver mortgages, not promises” continues to be Michael’s mission statement. His years in the mortgage industry have taught him that success depends on service. Confidence and trust are words that clients use when describing their mortgage experience with Michael.  The company may be different, but his service is the same.

This Canadian transplant is also a firm believer in giving back to the community through volunteering and supporting organizations like the Children’s Miracle Network, the Pegasus Project, and Salvation Army.

His college years in Vancouver, Canada also provided a front row seat to observe the growth and change of real estate development. He has found this insight and knowledge to be great value in his work and developed his belief that the purchase of real estate is about investing in the future; the client’s, their families’ and the community.
