Kathy J. Johnson

Kathy was born at Joint Base Lewis-McChord to a military family and raised in and around Tacoma, Washington most of her life. She graduated from Central Washington University with a BA in Prelaw and minor in Psychology and brings previous years of experience as a Family Law & Real Estate paralegal.

Prior to joining the Legacy Group, Kathy served many years as a Sr. Loan Officer in the banking industry where she was the preferred lender and specialized in Foreclosure, Auction, Investment Property and Short Sale Lending.  As a high government producer, she also brings strong knowledge in VA, USDA, FHA, FHA(b) Escrow Repair and FHA 203k Rehab lending.  Those are key strengths to have in today’s market.

Kathy believes that everyone should be afforded the right to homeownership and is very passionate about helping people get the best loan for their individual situation. She is available to teach and administer commission-sponsored First Time Homebuyer Educational Classes, Down Payment Assistant programs & the MCC tax credit to help insure her buyers have every accessible loan option available to them.  Kathy believes in educating and empowering her clients throughout the entire process.  She builds relationships with her clients and stays available to them long after the loan process is complete.  She looks forward to helping and meeting you.
