Karl Finkelnburg

Karl graduated from Quincy (Washington) High School, and Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration.  He started his career in the financial industry with Household Finance Corporation in Anchorage, Alaska in 1975.

For the past 24 years, Karl has specialized in commercial lending - specifically residential construction and development finance, with several regional financial institutions.  These include Key Bank, West One Bank, Pacific One Bank, RBC Builder Finance, and HomeStreet Bank.

Karl is actively involved in the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland (Past President), and the Oregon Home Builders Association.  He has also been active in coaching youth sports, including soccer, baseball, basketball and football.  He and his wife Debra live in the Bethany area of Northwest Portland.
