I have been a loan officer for 19 years. I am well versed in all areas of the lending arena to include conventional lending, FHA and VA loans, home equity, construction loans and commercial lending. I believe the key to a succesful loan transaction include service, product knowledge, and the ability to listen and communicate effectively. I know that borrowing money can be a confusing and even fearful endeavor for many of us, consequently I always strive to make certain that my clients are educated and comfortable with their loan options and choices.
