Jennifer Patrick

Jennifer was born in Spokane Washington, but spent the first 18 years of her life in California.  She graduated with honors from Northern Arizona University in 1995 with a BS in Elementary Education and a minor in Psychology. After college she moved to Seattle, where she worked as a elementary school teacher for 4 years.

In 1999 Jennifer decided to try educating a more difficult group, and began her career in the finance industry.  Her career began at Household Finance, where she was quickly promoted from loan officer to branch sales manager and then to district training manager. She left Household Finance in 2004 as one of the company’s top producing managers so she could be home with her new daughter.  

In order to remain active in the lending but have the flexibility to be with her now 2 daughters, Jennifer decided to work from home as a mortgage broker. She likes being a loan officer because it lets her combine her love of teaching with her knowledge of the lending industry.  This helps her ensure that her clients are educated to make the borrowing choices that best serve their long term financial well being. 

Jennifer’s favorite activities include camping, boating, wakeboarding, traveling, and spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.  Her community service includes volunteering with the Special Olympics and completing many walks and runs to raise money for fighting breast cancer and various other non-profit groups.

Jennifer’s client centered approach and high customer service standards have helped her loyal customers achieve successfully and thoughtfully financed home ownership. She is excited to be joining Legacy because she will be able to offer her borrowers and realtors a more effective approach to lending with Legacy’s outside the box lending platform.
