Daniel Cote

Daniel C. Cote is the Administrator and Instructor for Real Estate Resource Group, a Washington State certified real estate school. Mr. Cote specializes in contemporary clock hour training for real estate professionals. He also serves as a licensed Mortgage Lending Officer in Washington.

Mr. Cote has been employed in the real estate finance field since 1979. During that time, he has held executive level positions for two savings banks, a credit union and a mortgage company in the areas of loan origination, underwriting, secondary marketing, servicing, escrow administration and sales management. He served as a real estate instructor with North Seattle Community College and a member of their Real Estate Technical Advisory Committee from 1989 to 2007.

Mr. Cote maintains affiliate memberships with the Snohomish County-Camano Association of Realtors and the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors in addition to serving as GRI Series instructor for Washington Realtors.

Mr. Cote received his undergraduate degree in business from Fairfield University and pursued graduate studies in marketing and finance at Seattle University.
