Dan Flitsch

Dan Flitsch has more then 20 years of experience in the field of Banking and Mortgage Finance. Dan spent his first years with Washington Mutual Bank where he served as a Branch Manager and grew his Financial center to a “Top 5% in performance profitability” during his tenure. He then fully immersed himself as a top mortgage loan originator with Bay Mortgage where he originated over $40MM annually in mortgage and construction related loans. His executive management experience includes leading the formation of “Pinnacle Lending Group” where he acted as President / Director of Operations. He then parlayed that experience into his position with First Independent Mortgage where he was a SVP/Director of Operations. Here he oversaw the day to day operations of the company that handled annual originations in excess of $700MM.

Dan Flitsch graduated from Wheaton College in Illinois, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics. Dan serves on the board of Snohomish Basketball Association and is a minority stockholder in the Green Bay Packers. In his free time Dan coaches and supports his children in basketball and baseball.
