Bill Sammer

Bill Sammer has been in financial services since 1991.  His background includes 9 years of Mortgage Banking experience with FHA/VA, Conventional, and Jumbo lending.  He specializes in putting together complex transactions using his education and experience to put his clients in a better financial position.  In 1999 Bill opened a very successful mortgage brokerage company in Bellevue, Diamond Mortgage, which he owned and operated for over 10 years.  In 2010 Bill merged Diamond Mortgage with The Legacy Group in Bellevue to take advantage of it’s mortgage banking platform, and to offer his clients more opportunity for mortgage financing in this ever changing economy.
