Allen Koreis

My goal is to provide each of my clients with a holistic approach to real estate financing with their overall financial plan in mind.

I began my mortgage career in 1986 with Seattle Mortgage in University Place, WA. Later, I enjoyed 10 years with Heritage Bank in Lakewood, WA. Before joining The Legacy Group, I spent five years as a mortgage company broker/owner and three years as national marketing director of a large national lender. 

Over the years, I have continued my education and professional licensing to include not only mortgage financing, but also the Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative and Life Insurance producers license. This comprehensive knowledge allows me provide you with a complete picture of how your real estate financing fits in with your overall financial goals.  

My desire is to earn the right to be your personal mortgage advisor—the one you will be confident in recommending to your family and friends. Our relationship has just begun at the close of a transaction. My goal is to create a "client for life" each time I work with a new customer.
