Kathy Weaver

Kathy was raised in a small town in Eastern Oregon (albeit the largest city in Grant County) and moved to the Portland Metro area when she was 15.  Kathy began her finance industry career as a bank teller and earned a series of promotions before leaving to serve for 17 years as controller for a regional general contractor.  In 1999 she returned to banking as a mortgage loan officer.  She has held a series of management positions in the industry and now serves as Sales Manager for Legacy's Lake Oswego and Vancouver offices.

Kathy has been a consistent top producer in the mortgage industry.  She takes pride in helping her clients meet their lifetime financial goals by finding the best interest rate and loan structure for them.

Her successful career is combined with successful family support. Kathy and her husband have two sons. She prides herself on strong relationships whether they are business oriented, family or friends. She attributes her success to strong relationships and her ability to network in every environment. Golf, gardening, and decorating are among her relaxation pastimes.
