With two offices in Bellevue and Puyallup, Legacy Mortgage takes pride in
educating and advising our clients on all available loan products and
financing options. Whether

Private
Capitalization
Legacy Capital, LLC, The Legacy Group’s private
capitalization company, gives our clients the distinct advantage. Our diverse product mix coupled
with our 50 years of combined experience in mortgage loans and managing
construction, spec and non-conforming loans allows us to streamline loan
approvals and funding, even when they don’t fit the “traditional” loan
model.
Escrow
Real
estate transactions can often be stressful for both buyers and
sellers. Our team of
professionals at Legacy Escrow prepares and reviews all closing documents,
overseeing and facilitating the entire process to ensure it is swift,
smooth and uncomplicated for all parties involved.
