I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1975 when I started as a Real Estate Agent in Everett, WA. Later, after spending several years in the Title business, I was transferred to Kitsap County in 1981 to manage a local Title Insurance Company. Since then I have worked as a Real Estate Broker, Developer, Land Use Consultant, and Home Builder. During this time I have held leadership roles in professional organizations such as the Homebuilders Association and The Peninsula Regional Escrow Association (serving as President of both). I was a Rotarian for 23 years and was President of our local club in 2003. I started working as a Mortgage Banker in 2001. My vast knowledge and extensive background set me apart from other lenders. I take the time to listen to what my customers want and I have the knowledge and expertise to help them achieve their goals. My son, Kevin, came to work as my assistant and partner in January of 2004.
