I have been a loan officer for 19 years.  I am well versed in all areas of the lending arena to include, conventional lending, FHA loans, VA loans, home equity, construction loans, and commercial lending.   I believe that the keys to successful loan transactions include service, product knowledge, and the ability to listen and communicate effectively.
