Fall has arrived in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!

The limited amount of rain and late September warm weather has blessed us with briliant colorful fall leaves.  These leaves will  fall shortly and if you have trees close to your house your gutters could be impacted.  Plan on taking time, not just once, this fall season to inspect and clean your gutters.  Should you fail to do this there is a good chance your gutters will get clogged causing water to spill over on the ground next to the foundation.  This can potentially cause damange.

While you are out checking the gutters - consider an overall foundation visiual inspection too.  Small crakes or openings are going to be invatations to mice or other pests to come on in.  Also, don't forget to disconnect garden hoses and prep the outside faucets for winter and possible freezing.
